Asatha povathu yaaru -
As evryone is aware this is a copy of the popularprogram kalakka povathu yaaru from Vijay. Enna kodumaina ithula name,format participate panra aalunga ellarume same.Etho 'KPY" programoda repeat telecast maathiri irukku. Some jokes are even repeated here.

Anbudan-
This is another version of " coffee with Anu". Ingayum pretty much concept same thaan except for Gauthami..

Junior Raagangal-
Recent addition to this list is "Junior raagangal" which is similar toAirtel Super singer junior.

Long back in this list is Sun tv's Kotteswaran and Jaya tv's Koteeswari which were similar versions to KBC. I dont say that these programs are vijay's own creative ideas but versions of internationally popular tv programs.

Sun Tv has pretty much established a monopoly in tamiltelivision world. So whenever another TV channel comes upwith some interesting program they simply cannot digest this.Instead of coming up with their own creative ideas, they copy the other tvs programs.

Some other instances are sun tv telecasting tamil dubbing english movies same time when vijay was telecasting hollywood movies. Vijay had to switch to tamil dubbing movies too.

Sun tv relaunched music channels in all southern states afterseeing SS music's growing popularity.

Due to their wide spread reach and their money power they crush other channels popularity to establish their supremacy.

To be or not to be

After 4 years of working in a reputed (?) software company i am at the cross roads now.
Unagalla romba peru intha situationla irunthuruppenga. I am planning to move out of the company and to go for a better one. The reason to move is very simplepromotionum kudukka maatengaraanga salaryum increase panna maatengaraanga.

The questions that arose in my mind are
Is there a better company or is it just an illusion ?
What is the probability that i will be in better position if i move to a new company?Is it 0,0.5 or 1?
Cut copy pastelaye kaalathe ottiyachu...Ippa prachanai ennana examukku padikkara maathiri ella basic thingsum refresh pannanum...
