To be or not to be
After 4 years of working in a reputed (?) software company i am at the cross roads now.
Unagalla romba peru intha situationla irunthuruppenga. I am planning to move out of the company and to go for a better one. The reason to move is very simplepromotionum kudukka maatengaraanga salaryum increase panna maatengaraanga.

The questions that arose in my mind are
Is there a better company or is it just an illusion ?
What is the probability that i will be in better position if i move to a new company?Is it 0,0.5 or 1?
Cut copy pastelaye kaalathe ottiyachu...Ippa prachanai ennana examukku padikkara maathiri ella basic thingsum refresh pannanum...
Any expert comments on this situation is highly appreciated.

everybody goes thru this type of situation most of the times...here is my 2 cents
if you are working for the same company for a long time, your comfort level increases and you wudn't feel like learning new things coz there is no necessary
go ahead with a new job if you find a rite one where you can earn more and build a better carrier

there is no guaranty for this but it depends on the new job/company you choose....so better to do some home work before choosing...
